AIM 1: To Develop Subject Mastery with Pedagogical Excellence

To provide integrated learning of disciplinary knowledge (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com) along with modern pedagogy, ensuring our student-teachers master both WHAT to teach and HOW to teach as per NEP 2020.

AIM 2: To Foster Stage-Specific and Child-Centric Teaching Skills

To train teachers for Foundational, Preparatory, Middle and Secondary stages with deep understanding of child psychology, inclusive education, and experiential learning through 20 weeks of rigorous school internship.

AIM 3: To Integrate Indian Knowledge System with Global Competencies

To blend Bharatiya values, traditions and languages with ICT skills, critical thinking and 21st-century teaching practices, creating teachers who are rooted in Indian ethos and ready for global classrooms.

AIM 4: To Promote Holistic Development and Professional Ethics

To develop teachers as role models through training in Art Education, Physical Education, Yoga, Communication Skills, and professional ethics, aligning with the vision of Keshav Memorial - Education for Character Building.

To inculcate spirit of research, innovation and continuous learning through action research, community engagement and use of technology, so our graduates become teacher-leaders who transform school education in Telangana and Bharath
